Shipping policy

Gharvixa Shipping & Delivery Guidelines:
  1. Delivery Timeframe: We deliver all across Pakistan. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are dispatched on the same day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. You only pay when the courier rider hands over the parcel to you.
  3. Order Confirmation: Before dispatching any order, our team will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp for verification. Unverified orders with incomplete addresses or inactive phone numbers will be automatically canceled.
  4. Open Parcels: For security reasons, courier riders are strictly not allowed to let customers open the parcel before handing over the cash. If there is any internal issue, you can claim it under our 7-day replacement policy with unboxing video proof.
